Goodman Masson are recruiting an Interim Workplace Project Manager for a 4-month contract in Eastleigh, Hampshire. The role focuses on managing a diverse portfolio of workplace, facilities management and corporate real estate projects, delivering on time, within budget and to required standards.

You will work with internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders to ensure delivery and compliance, with housing association experience being highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects across workplace, facilities management, property or corporate real estate.
• Housing association or social housing environment experience is highly desirable.
• Strong project planning, budget management, risk assessment and reporting skills.
• Experience managing contractors, contracts and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of health and safety, regulatory compliance and governance.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver workplace, facilities management and real estate projects from inception to completion.
• Monitor budgets, timescales, risks, issues and benefits with clear reporting.
• Coordinate M&E projects to minimise disruption and ensure safety compliance.
• Support property searches, acquisitions, disposals, lease arrangements, and portfolio management.
• Manage contracts and relationships with contractors to ensure value for money.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to deliver projects.
• Provide progress, expenditure, and risk reports for senior decision-makers.
• Help align workplace strategy with organisational objectives.
