Job summary

Mayflower Washroom Solutions, part of the phs Group, is seeking an Interim Head of Warehouse at the Coleshill site (Mayflower Park). The role leads a busy warehouse operation, delivering safe, cost-effective performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to the Regional Operations Director, directing people, processes and performance while driving continuous improvement and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Senior warehouse leadership experience.
• Experience as Head of Warehouse or equivalent.
• Proven track record of improving performance.
• Budgeting and resource management experience.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory control.
• Health, safety and compliance management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the warehouse function.
• Lead and develop warehouse teams.
• Drive safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Meet service, quality and productivity targets.
• Plan and implement efficiency improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and identify optimization opportunities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock control.
