Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd. is seeking an Interim Turnaround Manager to lead a residential care home in Bolton through a major improvement and compliance programme.

This hands-on role requires navigating Local Authority improvement notices, strengthening governance and embedding lasting operational improvements in adult social care. You will work with the provider's senior leadership to drive governance, safeguarding, staffing and care planning, delivering robust evidence for regulatory review

Qualifications

• Experience as Interim/Turnaround manager in adult social care.
• Proven track record of improving underperforming services.
• Experience handling Local Authority Improvement Notices and embargoes.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, governance and compliance.
• Ability to coach and develop management teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements across services while ensuring compliance.
• Support SIN responses and governance frameworks.
• Review staffing, safeguarding, care planning, and governance.
• Audit care records, MCA documentation, and nutrition monitoring.
• Coach and develop the management team to sustain improvements.
• Prepare evidence for local authority and regulatory review.
