Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Marketing & Communications Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract, remote (home-based) with a UK location. The role focuses on storytelling, digital marketing, and campaigns to raise brand awareness across internal and external audiences.

You will craft content for websites, emails, social channels, and campaigns, coordinating projects and ensuring brand consistency while collaborating across teams. A strong Canva and digital marketing toolkit is essential.

Qualificações

• Advanced Canva skills are essential

Job Description

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for content, digital marketing, and communications? Join Elysium Healthcare as a Marketing & Communications Executive and help bring our brand to life through engaging campaigns, compelling content, and impactful communications.

In this varied role, you'll support marketing and communications activity across the organisation, helping to promote services, celebrate achievements, and strengthen brand awareness. You'll create content across digital and internal channels, develop stories that showcase the impact of our services, and support campaigns that engage colleagues and external audiences.

You'll also help manage our digital presence through social media, website and email content, create branded materials using Canva and HubSpot, coordinate communications projects, and support engagement activities and events. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll ensure all communications are accurate, engaging, and aligned with our brand.

12 month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, presentations, and internal communications.
• Write news stories, case studies, and success stories that showcase the impact of our services and people.
• Transform complex information into clear, engaging, and accessible content for a range of audiences.
• Plan, create, publish, and monitor social media content to support engagement and brand awareness.
• Design branded graphics and marketing materials using Canva and other creative tools.
• Maintain website, intranet, and email content, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and brand consistency.
• Coordinate marketing, communications, and engagement campaigns and projects, managing priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Build relationships across the organisation to source content, promote achievements, support engagement activities, and use performance insights to continuously improve communications.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Communications & Marketing

• Experience working in a marketing, communications, or digital marketing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
• Experience creating engaging content for a variety of audiences and channels
• Experience supporting social media management and communications campaigns

Design & Creative Skills

• Advanced Canva skills are essential
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous
• A strong eye for design, branding, and layout
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, visually engaging communications materials for a variety of audiences and channels
• Understanding of brand consistency and visual identity principles

Digital Marketing

• Experience using HubSpot or a similar marketing platform for email marketing, CMS management, social media scheduling, and reporting
• Experience updating website content using WordPress or a similar platform
• Experience monitoring and interpreting campaign, website, and social media analytics within an organisational environment

Organisation & Planning

• Strong organisational and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration across teams
