Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Systems Accountant to join a growing insurance/MGA business undergoing a major finance systems implementation led by external partners. You will act as the finance-side SME and liaison between the business and implementation partners across Sage Intacct, Azur and Diesta.

You will support design, testing, data migrations, reconciliations and go-live readiness; lead finance-side UAT and post go-live stabilisation; build reporting in Velixo; translate

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• Proven Systems Accountant with finance systems implementation experience
• Insurance experience essential (MGA/Lloyd's/London Market or broking)
• Strong GL, reconciliation and COA knowledge
• Advanced Excel skills
• Sage Intacct / Diesta / Azur experience advantageous

Responsibilities

• Act as the Finance SME alongside the implementation partners
• Review and validate Sage Intacct configuration, COA and master data
• Support the design/testing of integrations between Azur, Diesta & Sage Intacct
• Lead finance-side UAT, data migration and reconciliation activities
• Build/validate reporting through Velixo
• Translate BPR outputs into practical finance processes and controls
• Support cutover and post-go-live stabilisation
• Liaise with implementation partners and internal Finance, IT, Actuarial & Underwriting teams

Job description

We're currently looking for an experienced Systems Accountant to join a growing insurance/MGA business undergoing a major finance systems implementation. The implementation is being led by external implementation partners, with the Systems Accountant acting as the finance-side SME and key link between the business and the implementation partners. You'll support the implementation across Sage Intacct, Azur and Diesta, ensuring the finance requirements, data flows, reconciliations and reporting are correctly designed, tested and ready for go-live.
