As we embark on our next phase of growth and innovation, we re thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an Interim Supply Chain Manager to join our team based in Park Royal.
Please note this is a 3-6 month fixed term contract role.
The Role:
The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and optimise our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of supply chain strategies that align with organisational goals to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage relationships with all external stakeholders (suppliers/vendors/customers/logistics partners), negotiate best in class contracts, set up KPIs and ways of working.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and implement inventory management systems to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Manage stock in our internal warehouse as well as external.
- Oversee the transportation and distribution of goods, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective logistics operations.
- Liaise with our logistics partners for retail as well as restaurants to set up most efficient logistics routes and plan for future growth.
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain, such as supplier reliability or geopolitical issues, understand internal gaps and risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that all supply chain activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor various teams within supply chain (around 50 people), fostering a collaborative environment and promoting continuous improvement. Review the structure and propose changes in order to meet business requirements, current and future KPIs.
- Manage the warehouse and yard operations by leading the teams of planners, forklift drivers, drivers, dispatch team as well as warehouse operators, understand the gaps and needs and implement best ways of working across the department.
- Coordinate and manage various projects connected with improving supply chain operations, warehouse capacity extension, warehouse automation, logistics routes mapping etc

Our Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are advantageous.
- Previous experience in supply chain roles, with a track record of managing complex supply chain operations and leading teams.
- Previous experience in managing teams
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to optimise supply chain processes.
