Job summary

H-Power is seeking an interim Supply Chain Lead to **Dunsfold, Surrey** on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role, hybrid with 4 days on-site and 1 day from home, offers liaison with Operations and Engineering to keep critical activities on track.

You will lead purchasing and goods-in, manage supplier performance, and drive improvements across the function during a pivotal technology development phase.

Qualifications

• Strong background in procurement or supply chain, ideally in engineering, manufacturing, energy or similar environments.
• Previous experience as a Senior Buyer, Procurement Lead, Supply Chain Lead or similar is highly relevant.
• Ability to lead people, manage supplier relationships and oversee multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day supply chain activities and teams.
• Manage supplier performance, commercial negotiations and procurement escalations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management and Operations to keep critical activities on track.
• Identify supply chain risks and drive process improvements.
