H-Power is seeking an experienced Interim Supply Chain Administrator to support purchasing and procurement activities. The role focuses on ensuring timely availability of components and materials, collaborating with suppliers, and maintaining accurate records as the company scales its clean-energy technology operations.

The position is a 6-month fixed-term contract based in Dunsfold, Surrey, with a hybrid pattern (4 days on-site, 1 day home-based) and competitive benefits.

Qualificações

• Experience in purchasing administration, procurement support or similar supply chain role.

Responsabilidades

• Raise and manage purchase orders, check pricing, quantities and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with suppliers, chase outstanding orders and resolve delivery queries.
• Monitor material availability and identify shortages before production impact.
• Maintain purchasing records and support supplier pricing and cost control.
• Work with production and engineering to keep purchasing on track.
