Job summary

Cranleigh STEM is seeking an Interim Supply Chain Administrator in Dunsfold, Surrey, on a six-month fixed-term contract. You will support purchasing and procurement activities, raising purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to keep materials flowing.

You'll work closely with production and engineering teams, use Excel and ERP/MRP systems, and help monitor shortages while maintaining accurate purchasing records. Hybrid work is available, with four days on-site and one day from home.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing administration or procurement support.
• Experience managing purchase orders and supplier communications.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
• Engineering or manufacturing exposure is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Raise and manage purchase orders, check pricing and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with suppliers, chase outstanding orders and resolve delivery queries.
• Monitor material availability and identify potential shortages.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and support cost control.
• Work with production and engineering to keep purchasing on track.
