Job summary

1st Executive in the United Kingdom is seeking a Supply Chain Officer to support management and development of a critical equipment portfolio in a highly regulated engineering environment. The role covers inventory, suppliers, demand and performance, working with internal stakeholders and delivery partners.

You will help maintain supply continuity, manage supply-chain risk, and ensure contractual and operational requirements are delivered effectively, with strong Excel and data-analysis

Qualifications

• Must have experience in supply chain, logistics or materials management.
• Experience in regulated engineering or defence sectors is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify risks.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory, supplier, demand and performance management.
• Review processes to improve controls and efficiency.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks and obsolescence.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure transition from delivery to operations.
• Maintain supply-chain records and systems.
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs.
• Produce regular supply-chain reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Finance, Engineering and Operations to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate stock availability and material requirements.
• Ensure compliance with policies and governance.
