Michael Page is seeking an Interim Supply Chain Specialist based in London to support day-to-day supply chain and distribution for a rapidly expanding foodservice business. The role requires immediate availability and hands-on operation across multiple sites.

You will manage 3PL relationships, coordinate inbound shipments, monitor stock, analyze data in Excel, and collaborate with restaurant operators to maintain service levels during the interim period. Hybrid work from Central London.

Description

The Interim Supply Chain Specialist will provide operational supply chain support during a period of transition while a permanent appointment is finalised. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can quickly integrate into the business and manage day-to-day supply chain activities with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing third-party logistics (3PL) and distributor relationships.
• Supporting the day-to-day supply chain and distribution operation.
• Monitoring stock availability and maintaining continuity of supply across restaurant locations.

Profile

• Hotel food supply chain experience will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of distribution and inventory management.
• Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills with the ability to analyse operational data.
