Job summary

Gofractional is seeking a Senior QA Analyst for a fixed-term maternity leave cover role, onsite at our Oxford, Warwick, or Runcorn studios in the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will design robust test plans, identify risks early, and mentor the QA squad to maintain high testing standards across game features.

You will work closely with designers, developers, and production to ensure issues are found and resolved before release, while thinking about system-wide interactions and edge

Senior QA Analyst - Fixed-Term Contract

Location: On-site at Oxford, Warwick, or Runcorn studios, United Kingdom

Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (maternity leave cover, ending August 2027)

What you'll do:

• Write robust test plans for every feature - cover all paths, edge cases, and sneaky combos...no bugs can slip through the test runs.
• Hunt down risks before they hit production - you know where things can break, and you find things and get them fixed before anyone notices.
• Think systemically - features don't exist in a vacuum, you can visualize how everything interacts across the game and its systems.
• Lead and mentor the squad - share your knowledge and experience with the team, be a resource, help the team level up and keep our processes sharp.
• Communicate like a pro - designers, devs, and production rely on you to spot problems and explain them clearly.

Requirements:
