Job summary

Major, Lindsey & Africa is partnering with a globally recognised consumer technology and media business in Greater London to recruit a Senior Commercial Legal Counsel (Interim). The role sits in the product function, advising on commercial, technology and supplier agreements across hardware, software, manufacturing, logistics and supply chain.

You will work autonomously in a fast-paced in-house environment, partner with senior stakeholders across product, technology, procurement and operations,

Qualifications

• Technology and/or IT sourcing expertise.
• Supply chain, procurement or strategic supplier agreement experience.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced in-house environment.
• Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad mix of hardware, software, manufacturing, logistics and technology agreements.
• Support major commercial, technology and strategic supplier arrangements.
• Partner with product, technology, procurement and operations teams.
