Job summary

Major, Lindsey & Africa is working with a rapidly growing international technology business to appoint an Interim Commercial Lawyer / Contracts Manager in London. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements and supporting customer, supplier and technology contracts across multiple markets.

You will advise internal stakeholders on contractual risk, work with sales, product and operations teams, and help drive governance and process improvements as the business

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer or experienced contracts manager.
• Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Tech/SaaS/fintech/payments or software experience advantageous.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Support customer, supplier and technology contracts.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contractual risk and commercial matters.
• Work closely with sales, product and operations teams.
• Manage contract negotiations through to execution.
• Assist with legal process improvement and governance initiatives.
• Support international commercial projects as the business scales.
