Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across the school.
• Support the Headteacher with day-to-day running.
• Lead on school improvement and development initiatives.
• Support staff to maintain high teaching, behaviour and pupil welfare.
• Promote positive outcomes for pupils, including SEND.
• Support safeguarding and pastoral systems.
• Monitor standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with families and external professionals.
• Contribute to staff development and support.
• Provide visible and consistent leadership across the school.
