Qualifications

• Genuine leadership experience in a special school.
• Current safeguarding leadership experience essential; DSL ideal.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team including non-teaching staff.
• Empathetic with families and external professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead pastoral, attendance, inclusion, safeguarding practice.
• Strategic leadership and mentoring of new leaders.
• Provide visible presence around school with another senior leader.
