SENCO Opportunity – Middlesbrough Secondary School
Start Date: ASAP | Temporary until July 2025 (Possible Extension to December 2025)

Are you a passionate and fully qualified SENCO looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking a dedicated Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to join a vibrant secondary school in Middlesbrough.

  • Location: Middlesbrough, North East England
  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Contract: Temporary until July 2025, with potential extension to December 2025
  • Setting: Secondary School
Essential Requirements:
  • SENCO Qualification (National Award for SEN Coordination)
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Available to start immediately
  • Applications will not be considered without a SENCO qualification.
Desirable Experience:
  • Background in SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)
  • Experience with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs
