Job summary

Panoramic Associates Ltd in Greenwich is seeking an experienced Premises Manager for an interim contract on-site five days a week. The role is to oversee daily site operations, carry out basic repairs, and ensure health and safety compliance in a school environment.

You will work with the Premises Officer to maintain a safe, well-run site, with occasional flexibility for administrative tasks at home. The contract runs ASAP through 31 December 2026, with potential for temp-to-perm.

Qualifications

• Proven Premises/Facilities experience in a school or similar environment.
• Strong practical maintenance skills and confidence with on-site repairs.
• NEBOSH qualification or equivalent essential, with a focus on health & safety compliance.
• Ability to identify hazards and take preventative action.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of school premises to keep site safe and operational.
• Carry out basic building repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate reactive/planned maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and document checks.
• Work with staff to schedule works with minimal disruption.
