Quantum Care in Letchworth Garden City is recruiting an Interim Registered Home Manager to lead Garden City Court, our established 75-bed residential home, for a 12-month maternity cover. This full-time role requires an inspirational, commercially minded leader with strong local market knowledge who can set strategy, motivate staff and safeguard resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

Current or recent experience as a Registered Care Home Manager
Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care
Proven success in achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
Strong knowledge of dementia care and residential care standards
Inspirational leadership and clear communication skills
Understanding of compliance, safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and performance
Experience with delivery of high end care provision management
Compassionate, forward-thinking approach to care
