Job Description

An Interim Recruitment Specialist will:

1. Lead on the recruitment function transformation.
2. Review the overall recruitment process, including current practices and implementing new processes.
3. Develop new ways of working with managers.
4. Review existing recruitment activities such as advertisements, job descriptions, interview questions, panels, candidate attraction strategies, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and technology utilisation.
5. Build relationships with the wider business to gain buy-in for new processes and ways of working.
6. Develop inclusive recruitment practices.

The Successful Applicant

Candidate should have:

• Previous experience in improving recruitment functions, attraction methods, and process improvements.
• Ability to start within short notice.
• Charity experience is desirable.
