Michael Page is seeking an Interim Quality, Environment and H&S Director for a Gloucestershire-based role. You will provide strategic QEHS leadership across the site and other locations, ensuring governance, audits, and compliance while driving continuous improvement and safety culture.

The role requires senior leadership in complex environments, with travel to multiple locations and immediate or short-notice availability.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership in multi-site FMCG environments.
• Advanced expertise in QEHS governance, product quality and food safety.
• Strong incident/crisis management capability.
• Experience deploying behavioural safety programmes and culture change.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end QEHS governance and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee QA, QEHS systems and certifications (ISO, FSSC, AIB).
• Drive risk assessment, incident management, CAPA and continuous improvement.
• Champion EHS programme deployment and safe decision-making across sites.
