Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking an Interim Property Asset Project Manager for a Staffordshire-based multi-let development focused on Leisure and Food & Beverage. The role covers the transition from landlord works to tenant fit-out and final handover into BAU, coordinating between tenants, agents, and councils to ensure safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates will have proven landlord/tenant experience in multi-let environments, strong contract terminology understanding, and excellent stakeholder

Responsibilities

• Commercial Insight: Utilise knowledge of Landlord & Tenant matters in a multi-let property to navigate transition.
• Documentation Mastery: Assimilate Agreements for Lease and Leases, identify key obligations and complexities to manage the project.
• Unit Transfer Coordination: Oversee transfer of each shell unit to the relevant Tenant and ensure processes are streamlined.
• Tenant Engagement: Collaborate with Tenants during fit-out periods, ensuring health and safety compliance and on-site interactions between Tenants and contractors.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with managing agents, stakeholders, Council departments, and external agencies to prepare for a seamless transition into a vibrant operational Leisure & F&B development.
• Handover Management: Coordinate transition and handover to managing agents for ongoing management.
