Job summary

Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking an Interim Project Manager to deliver two key refurb projects valued around £1m in the estates and facilities arena. The role is based in Dudley and requires an immediate start, approximately three days per week for about six months.

You will lead refurb and fit-out activities, coordinating with stakeholders to hit milestones on time and on budget. Public sector experience is desirable but not essential.

• Experience in estates or facilities management projects.
• Led refurb/fit-out projects.

• Public sector experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver two refurb projects with approx value of £1m.
• Manage delivery of the projects within estates/facilities scope.

Experience:

• We are looking someone who has estates or facilities management focused experience
• Someone who has lead on refurb/fit out projects
• Is available immediately
