Interim Planning Lawyer - London - Initial three months

Our client, a very well regarded multi office law firm with their head office based in London, is currently looking for a planning lawyer to assist their team due to a number of projects arising over the summer period.

This opportunity would be to start from approximately the 1st July.

Our client is looking for someone specifically to assist the team with the due diligence involved within these planning projects such as:

• Reviewing the planning permissions
• Creating reports
• Raising enquiries

You will be working within a collaborative and forward thinking team that are leaders within the sector.

Candidates can have either a private sector/in-house or local authority background.

Our client is happy to consider remote working on the basis the successful candidate is able to attend the office from time to time for key meetings etc.

They are also open to someone working on either a part time or full time basis depending on what would best suit the candidate.

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to work with a team that have a great culture on some very interesting Planning projects.

The role is also offering a very competitive daily/hourly rate.
