Job summary

Prospectus seeks an experienced Interim People Partner to join the People team on an interim basis. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and managers to provide practical, hands-on support across employee relations, people operations, HR systems and reporting to ensure a high-quality People service during a busy period.

This temporary role is based in Central London, with 2-3 days in the office. The contract is for 2-3 months, full-time with ASAP start, and involves supporting

Qualifications

• Experience as People Partner, HR Advisor, or HR Business Partner.
• Strong generalist HR knowledge, with case management.
• Ability to advise managers in a complex org and balance ops with advisory work.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate employee relations cases including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters.
• Provide pragmatic HR advice and guidance to managers across the organisation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support the effective use of HR systems.
• Produce and validate people data, reports and management information.
• Support learning and development processes and administration.
• Contribute to HR projects, process improvements and organisational change initiatives.
• Ensure policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with best practice.
