Job summary

Festival of Work is seeking an interim HR Business Partner in London for an initial 4-month period. You will support leaders and managers with effective HR solutions and help foster a positive workplace culture during organisational change.

You will partner with leaders on HR strategies, manage employee relations and staff transitions, and lead discussions with trade unions. Hybrid working is available, with 1–2 days onsite.

Qualifications

• Strong background in HR business partnering and employee relations.
• Experience handling consultations and negotiations with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
