Job summary

Altum Consulting is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a growing, internationally operating business through a busy period of change in London. This is a hybrid role with two days per week in the office, focused on UK employment and compliance.

You will deliver HR projects such as performance appraisal processes and dashboards, gather and analyse people data with stakeholders, and partner with the HR team to take initiatives from plan to delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Interim HR Business Partner - 6-month contract

Location: London, hybrid (2 days per week in the office)

Contract: Circa £500 a day

We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support a growing, internationally operating business through a busy period of change. You'll join a lean HR team and take ownership of a mix of UK-focused projects and day-to-day priorities.

The role

• Deliver HR projects including performance appraisal processes, management reporting and dashboards.
• Support UK compliance work and where needed, restructuring programmes.
• Gather and analyse people data, working directly with stakeholders across the business.
• Work alongside the existing HR team, taking projects from agreed plans through to delivery.

About you

• A well-rounded HR generalist with solid UK employment and compliance experience.
• Confident handling data, producing clear reporting and managing detailed processes.
• Comfortable working independently, building relationships, and delivering with limited oversight.
• Adaptable and pragmatic in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys project delivery as well as partnering with stakeholders.
