Job summary

Goodman Masson is partnering with a Housing Association in London to recruit an Interim Organisational Design Specialist. This hybrid role is 6 months minimum, with a day rate up to £550 and outside IR35.

You will lead organisation design activities, develop future-state operating models and support complex restructuring and change initiatives. You will work closely with Executive Directors and senior leaders to translate strategic objectives into practical organisational solutions that enhance

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering organisation design, restructuring and transformation projects.
• Housing Association or social housing sector experience essential.
• Strong Employee Relations, consultation and people-change management expertise.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or above.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end organisation design reviews from diagnostics to implementation.
• Develop, cost and evaluate future-state operating models and workforce solutions.
• Review roles, responsibilities and dependencies to improve efficiency.
• Conduct workforce analysis and change impact assessments.
• Map end-to-end processes to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• Support restructuring programmes including TUPE and union engagement.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations matters in change programmes.
• Facilitate design workshops with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to support complex change.
