Job description

• Highly experienced Operational Manager with 10 years exposure within Emergency, Acute and Older People’s Medicine, Unscheduled Care Services, Stroke and Community.
• Consistently achieved targets for Emergency Access and significantly developed Ambulatory Care for a number of Large Trusts.
• Achieved over 95% standard for all quarters in 2013/2014 in line with National and Trust expectations.
• Successfully established and implemented systematic discharge planning and downstream flow mechanisms to complement Emergency Department process improvements.
• Robustly developed a new Care of the Elderly integrated pathway to include community and subsequently doubling bed provision.
• Effectively collaborated with Clinical Commissioning Groups on Service Developments in sub-acute care, tele-medicine, rapid response, virtual wards; respiratory, cardiology and long term conditions pathways.
• Outstanding commercial acumen paired with a ‘can-do’ attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
