A well-regarded care provider in Luton is looking for an Interim Ofsted Registered Manager to oversee a small home for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and mild Learning Disabilities (LD). This role offers a flexible, rolling 6-month contract with a day rate of £450–£500. The ideal candidate will have experience in children's residential care and an understanding of Ofsted standards. Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience as a manager in children’s residential care.
• Experience supporting young people with complex needs.
• Experience opening or developing services is an advantage.
