Job summary

Jarrodean Healthcare Recruitment is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead a 40-bed Residential, Nursing & Dementia Care Home in Guernsey. The role can be interim or permanent, with a salary of £1,500 per week based on £75,000 yearly, relocation paid and on-site accommodation provided.

You will be part of the management team, ensuring safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care for residents, including those with dementia, while meeting regulatory standards and promoting a learning

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience leading a care home and promoting a positive, inclusive culture.
• Champions best practices in dementia care, ensuring person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Lead the home’s management team and be accountable for safe, effective operation.
• Provide strategic clinical and operational leadership aligned with regulatory standards.
• Oversee governance, workforce development and financial stewardship.
