Job summary

Lucion Services is seeking an Interim Finance Systems & Process Improvement Lead in Runcorn with FC-level or senior finance manager experience. You will diagnose friction points, implement fixes, and drive NetSuite-driven improvements to cashflow, AR/AP, and reporting.

The role is hands-on, not advisory, and requires the ability to move quickly, work independently, and deliver tangible process enhancements within a 3–6 month window.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with FC-level or senior finance manager experience.
• Strong NetSuite knowledge including configuration and reporting.
• Proven track record in finance process improvement and automation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose gaps in the finance function and implement fixes in systems and processes.
• Lead treasury and cashflow modelling, including forecasting model rebuilds.
• Improve AR/AP end-to-end processes and month-end controls.
• Automate manual tasks using NetSuite functionality and document new processes.
