Job summary

Lucion Group seeks an interim Finance Systems & Process Improvement Lead for a 3-6 month fixed-term contract in Runcorn, hybrid working. The role targets hands-on finance professionals with NetSuite expertise who can diagnose gaps, implement fixes, and deliver tangible improvements to treasury, AR/AP, and reporting.

Applicants should be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with FC-level or senior finance experience and a track record of implementing process improvements and automation within a similar sized

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with FC-level or senior finance experience.
• Strong NetSuite knowledge including configuration and reporting.
• Experience identifying and implementing finance process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury and cashflow modelling & reporting, rebuilding the cashflow forecasting model as needed.
• Perform end-to-end AR and AP process improvements, controls and month-end impact.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual finance tasks using NetSuite functionality.
• Support development of financial reporting with KPIs and management reporting.
• Document improved processes for seamless handover to permanent team.
• Leave the function in a cleaner, more scalable state.
