Responsabilidades

• Assess current team, processes and portfolio performance.
• Identify operational issues and implement practical improvements.
• Provide visible, hands-on leadership across Property Management.
• Strengthen client relationships and service standards.
• Improve compliance, financial controls and processes.
• Support lease events, service charges, rent and insurance recovery.
• Help establish a high-performing, accountable team culture.
