Job summary

Omega Plc is seeking an experienced Interim Project Engineer Manager/Manufacturing Services Engineer for a major UK manufacturing transformation and facility expansion. The role focuses on delivering plant services, utilities and infrastructure through FEED and CAPEX workstreams, with autonomy in a consultancy setup and an outside IR35 engagement.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification at degree level or equivalent required.
• Experience delivering industrial manufacturing projects with CAPEX scope.
• Ability to develop URS and tender documentation for suppliers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Support FEED and CAPEX development for factory services infrastructure.
• Develop URS and tender documentation for ongoing projects.
• Coordinate engineering work packages with consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Assist front-end development of a major manufacturing expansion.
• Ensure work packages progress from concept to investment approval readiness.
• Deliver CAPEX and site development milestones on time.
