Job summary

Sewell Wallis Ltd in South Yorkshire is recruiting an Interim Financial Controller to join a leading manufacturing business. This 6-month role offers ownership of financial control, commercial insight and robust analysis.

Based in North Sheffield with hybrid options, you will lead a small finance team, oversee month-end, costing, forecasting and modelling, and partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to drive informed decisions.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification required (or qualified by experience).
• Manufacturing finance experience essential.
• Strong costing, forecasting and financial modelling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of financial control and management accounting in a manufacturing environment.
• Lead and develop a small finance team.
• Oversee month-end reporting with accurate financial information.
