Job summary

Hays are pleased to be partnering with a growing local manufacturing business seeking interim support within their finance department.

You will prepare monthly management accounts and reports, monitor manufacturing costs and analyse variances, reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain financial controls, review stock levels and inventory valuations, and deliver financial analysis and KPI reporting to management.

Qualifications

• This is a hands‑on role, so previous relevant experience will be necessary.
• You will be comfortable within a manufacturing environment and be happy to liaise with colleagues on the factory floor as and when needed.
• You will have a keen eye for detail and be able to collaborate with different departments within the business, ensuring that the finance department is running smoothly.
