Your Role: AI-Powered Customer Success

In this pivotal position, you’ll leverage cutting-edge AI technologies to revolutionise customer success, creating intelligent workflows, automation solutions, and data-driven insights that elevate service quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead AI-driven innovation within customer success operations, optimising internal efficiency.
  • Develop AI-powered solutions to proactively resolve customer inquiries.
  • Define strategies for AI integration, ensuring seamless automation and enhanced support processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate AI insights into measurable business impact.
  • Mentor and lead a team focused on AI-driven customer success initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A PhD is a plus!

Experience

  • 5+ years in AI, machine learning, or data science, with a focus on customer success or support.
  • Proven success in driving operational improvements and cost reductions in software organizations.
  • Experience leading AI transformation initiatives within customer success teams.
  • Familiarity with customer support automation tools, ERP systems, and commercial improvement strategies.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Expertise in Python, R, Java, or similar programming languages.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and AI applications in customer support.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms and AI frameworks.
  • Proficiency in data engineering, MLOps, and AI-powered automation tools.
