Job summary

Brava Education is supporting a special school in the Thames Valley to recruit an Interim Inclusion Lead to strengthen SEND and inclusion work, with a focus on EHCPs.

The role is full-time on site, interim until Christmas 2026, working with the Deputy Headteacher and Headteacher to review EHCPs, clear the backlog, and enhance SEND processes. Some light teaching support may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a SENCo or in an equivalent inclusion role.
• Strong, hands-on EHCP experience.
• Special school experience.

Responsibilities

• Review EHCPs and clear the backlog.
• Work with the Deputy Headteacher leading pastoral and inclusion.
• Provide capacity across SEND and inclusion processes; may include light teaching support (English/Maths).
