Job summary

TLT LLP in Glasgow or Edinburgh is looking for an Associate to join the busy Finance Litigation team. The role offers flexible working and best suits a Scottish qualified Solicitor with 0–5 years PQE seeking progression.

You will handle financial services disputes, work with Partners on complex matters, and contribute to business development and client relationships across the UK network.

Qualifications

• Scottish, E&W or dual-qualified Solicitor with financial or commercial litigation background.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness with appetite for business development and keeping up-to-date with legal developments.
• Ability to understand client’s business needs and act in the client and firm’s best interest.
• Ambitious and enthusiastic team player supporting senior fee earners.

Responsibilities

• Handle varied financial services disputes and commercial dispute resolution matters.
• Collaborate with Partners in Glasgow and Edinburgh on complex matters and team development.
• Work with colleagues across offices and contribute to cross-team initiatives.
• Participate in business development and nurture client relationships.
