Reporting to the HR Director, the Interim HR Manager will lead a range of global OD projects spanning Europe, Asia, and the USA. Responsibilities include standardising and harmonising pay structures using Hay methodology, developing and implementing competency frameworks, and talent mapping to ensure future success. CIPD qualification or equivalent is required. The candidate should have extensive experience within global matrix organizations, leading OD initiatives such as job architecture, competency frameworks, and talent management. Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing or similar businesses is preferred. Immediate availability and willingness to work in the London office 3-4 days per week are essential.
