Working for a leading global manufacturing business, reporting to the HR Director. As an Interim HR Manager with a project focus, you will lead a range of global OD projects spanning Europe, Asia, and the USA, including standardising and harmonising pay structures using Hay methodology, developing and implementing competency frameworks, and talent mapping to ensure the business is set up for future success. CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have a strong tenure within global matrix firms, leading various OD initiatives such as job architecture, competency frameworks, and talent management.
Experience supporting a multi-site manufacturing business or similar is preferable.
It is essential that you can start on short notice and commit to working in the London office for a minimum of 3-4 days per week. For the right candidate, this role could be extended or made permanent.
