Job summary

Reed is seeking an Interim HR Advisor for a Bicester-based, on-site role with five days a week commitment. The post focuses on employee relations, policy development, manager coaching, recruitment support, and project work during a period of digital transformation.

You will support a major HR system implementation, help improve HR processes and data quality, and contribute to broader HR projects within a busy team. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent.
• Significant HR advisory experience in a generalist environment.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment legislation.
• Experience developing and updating HR policies.
• Comfortable with HR systems, data and process improvement.
• Proactive and adaptable; able to work on both operational and project HR activities.
• Able to start immediately or on short notice.
• Able to work on site in Bicester five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR advice to managers on people matters.
• Manage and support employee relations casework.
• Review and simplify HR policies for accessibility.
• Support a major HR system implementation and digital transformation.
• Improve HR data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
• Assist with recruitment and generalist HR support across business areas.
• Contribute to reward initiatives and other HR projects.
