Job Description

The Interim Head of People Business Partnering will:

• Provide strong leadership to the Business Partnering team, ensuring continuous performance development and high performance
• Offer expertise in employee relations, change management, and employee engagement
• Ensure HR initiatives are effectively implemented
• Shape and deliver the organization's HR strategy
• Support the transition of the HR function into a full business partner model
• Assist the organization through a significant transition period
• Support workforce planning and talent management initiatives
• Provide OD activities, including leadership development, engagement, and team management
• Offer strong expertise on employee relation issues

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience in the not-for-profit sector (desirable)
• Have experience working in a unionized environment (essential)
• Have managed a business partnering team
• Possess strong knowledge in managing employee relation casework and supporting organizational transition
• Be immediately available
