Job Description
An Interim Head of People Business Partnering to:
- Provide strong leadership to the Business Partnering team, ensuring continuous performance development and high performance.
- Provide expertise in employee relations, change management, and employee engagement.
- Ensure HR initiatives are effectively implemented.
- Shape and deliver the organisation's HR strategy.
- Support the transition of the HR function into a full business partner model.
- Assist the organisation through a significant transition period.
- Support workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
- Provide OD activities, including leadership development, engagement, and team management.
- Offer strong expertise on employee relation issues.
The Successful Applicant
An Interim Head of People Business Partnering with:
- Previous not-for-profit experience desirable.
- Previous experience working in a unionised environment essential.
- Experience managing a business partnering team.
- Strong knowledge to manage employee relation casework and support an organisation through a transition phase.
- Immediately available.
