Interim Head of Finance (Social Housing), Sheffield

Castlefield Recruitment is partnering with a Housing Association in the North West to recruit an Interim Head of Finance. The role involves working closely with the Director of Finance to provide operational and strategic financial support, with a focus on Treasury, Development, and long-term Business Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leading and managing business planning and treasury management for the organization.
2. Overseeing operations including cash management, banking, loan portfolio management, Loan Covenant monitoring, and reporting.
3. Managing treasury-related risks and Development accounting and reporting.
4. Managing the 30-year business plan using Brixx software.
5. Ensuring the submission of relevant regulatory returns.
