Interim Head of Finance (Social Housing), Liverpool

This role is with Castlefield Recruitment, partnering with a Housing Association in the North West, to recruit an Interim Head of Finance. The position involves working closely with the Director of Finance to provide operational and strategic financial support, with a focus on Treasury, Development, and Business Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage business planning and treasury management for the association.
• Oversee operations including cash management, banking, loan portfolio management, Loan Covenant monitoring, and reporting.
• Manage treasury-related risks, development accounting, and reporting.
• Manage the 30-year business plan using Brixx.
• Handle submission of relevant regulatory returns.
