Job summary

Eton Bridge Partners Limited is seeking an Interim Group Financial Controller for a PE-backed financial services business in London. The role covers month-end close, balance sheet management, and the audit process, with a hands-on approach and exposure to senior leadership.

The position is full-time for 5–6 months with in-office presence one day per week in London and the rest remote. You'll lead financial controls, cash management, and financial reporting in a modern, technology-enabled finance

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE Workday Financial Management experience.
• ACA or ACCA qualification with strong post-qualified experience.
• Proven experience managing an audit process.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close process and deliver accurate management accounts.
• Maintain a clean, fully reconciled balance sheet with accruals and reconciliations.
• Ensure revenue recognition aligns with contracts and cash-management needs.
• Monitor daily cash and liquidity and provide visibility to senior stakeholders.
• Enhance financial controls appropriate for a regulated, growing business.
