Slough Refugee Support is seeking an Interim General Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Maidenhead. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff and volunteers, coordinate services for refugees and asylum seekers, and ensure delivery of projects.

The role includes budgeting, fundraising support, and compliance with charity regulations. You will build partnerships with local agencies and funders, report to the Board of Trustees, and lead organisational planning and performance

Competenze

• Experience in charity or non-profit management, including oversight of operations, staff, and volunteers.
• Budgeting, financial management, and reporting to funders.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with governance and compliance for charities or community organisations.
• Experience with fundraising and grant reporting is a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site in Maidenhead and adapt to organisational needs.
