Job summary

Job description

We are partnering with a large, nationally recognised charity to appoint an Interim Chief Executive during a period of organisational transition and development.

This high-profile leadership opportunity will commence in November and will run for at least six months, providing strategic and operational leadership while the organisation completes the recruitment process for a permanent appointment.

Reporting to the Board, the successful candidate will lead a complex and impactful organisation with a national reach, ensuring continuity of service delivery while driving key organisational priorities.

The charity is seeking an experienced interim with a proven track record of leading large, values-driven organisations through periods of change, transformation and organisational development. Exceptional people leadership skills, stakeholder engagement capabilities and the ability to inspire confidence across a diverse range of audiences will be essential.

Candidates will bring previous experience at Chief Executive or equivalent executive level within a large-scale not-for-profit organisation, together with a demonstrated ability to deliver sustainable change while maintaining organisational performance.

This is a hybrid role, with an office base in the south east of England and will require regular national travel.
